HISTORY

Waldan Paper Services was originally incorporated in 1981 as an Illinois corporation, operating as a subsidiary of a private New Jersey corporation.  The company relocated to Oshkosh, Wisconsin in 1985 and continued as a subsidiary division until 1989.  In 1989, Mark Duwe purchased the assets of Waldan Paper Services from the New Jersey company and a new Wisconsin corporation was formed.  Prior to purchasing Waldan, Mr. Duwe had served as General Manager from 1981 to 1989.

TODAY

Today, Waldan Paper Services operates in a 50,000 square foot facility with fully integrated roll printing, coating, embossing and rewinding/slitting processes.  The primary products produced are:  Decorative wall paneling overlay for retail paneling and manufactured housing; gift wrap; medical exam table roll covers; medical packaging materials; retail art and drawing rolls; simulated wood grains for furniture and cabinets; and numerous other printed and converted products and services.
